Our farming procedures

①cultivate at only top of the moutain



We cultivate NIHON-YAMA-NINJIN at the top of a mountain to not absorb agricultural chemicals from other farms.

Besides, we do not use multi-film for the best herbal cultivation.

②enzyme cultivation, without agricultural chemicals

Our fields are fertilized with compost made from fruit and vegetable leftovers. We also remove weeds by hand.

The herb is naturally very bitter, but with this type of fertilization, the taste of NIHON-YAMA-NINJIN has been considerably improved.


③direct delivery from the farm


Since we think it is important to take NIHON-YAMA-NINJIN every day, we have set the price at a low 45 en per 500 ml of NIHON-YAMA-NINJIN tea.

To offer a reasonable price, we have worked on finding different ways to make and drink NIHON-YAMA-NINJIN since encapsulation would increase the price considerably.
