We cultivate Angelica at the top of a mountain to not absorb agricultural chemicals from other farms.
Besides, we do not use multi-film for the best herbal cultivation.
Our fields are fertilized with compost made from fruit and vegetable leftovers. We also remove weeds by hand.
The herb is naturally very bitter, but with this type of fertilization, the taste of Angelica has been considerably improved.
Since it is important to take Angelica every day, we have set the price at a low 90-100 yen per 1 L of Angelica-tea.
To offer a reasonable price, we have worked on finding different ways to make and drink Angelica since encapsulation would increase the price considerably.
